I haven't hit the gym in a month. Because of exams, work, and a recent vacation there has been no time to renew my gym membership.
BUT, now its summer, lots of free time, and I'm ready to get back into the gym.
While in the US, I picked up 300g of pure L-Glutamine powder, for 19.99. It says this is 66 servings so I couldn't complain on the price.
The package says to take 1 scoop (4.5 g) twice a day. I plan on adding the glutamine to my protein shakes, and possibly in the morning just with a drink that I'm having.
Is it okay for teenagers to consume glutamine? (I'm 16) And is this the way I should be taking it?
If anyone could answers these questions that would be great. I also wanted to know if these are good serving sizes and when I should take it, etc.
And don't worry, I'm eating healthy
And are Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills with DHA and EPAs good to take when bulking?
