    Hi, my charts only use imperial measurements, can you convert the cm into inches, as this is easier for me to arrive at a calculation for you. thanks

    I have completed over 5000 BF calculations using this method on this forum, although I only use calipers in my gym, although the results are similar to my charts. The percentage really doesnt really matter, if you use this method in the future you will see exactly how your training/diet is progressing. Its always better to stick to one method of calculation, as comparing different methods leads to confusion

    You're totally wright.
    I know before when i wanted to cut i was just on shakes,chicken,fish but now tou have so many approaches that is unreal.

    ****....man something's gotta be wrong my diet has been 85% on point except for tuesday night....it's quite strange because i always take my measurements on an empty stomach first thing in the mornin....i
    m even using the same tape everytime....gotta recheck my stats

    so redid my stats this time with a different tape and the measurements are more of what I see in the mirror
