I'm on 3 Day Workout for Beginners and i'm really struggling with the Tricep Dip. Well i'm not even doing the Tricep Dip. My gym only has the bars where you pull yourself up (so you start off under the bars as opposed to above the bars in the TriDip.) Anyway I can barely do two of the other ones and i'm not even sure if they hit my Triceps. I've been looking about on the exercises and will the Close Grip Push Up be an adequate replacement?
