i have a question about cutting fat. in my first week of cutting on a 400 calories deficit(i have a physical job so i thought that would be enough,didnt want to lose to much to quick) whilst doing my cardio i didnt see a loss.
the second week i decreased it by another 100 cals but couldnt do any cardio as i sprained my ankle but done my gym workouts. but in doing that i lost 3lbs.
does anyone have any idea on that,why its so irregular?
