Ok so most of you know that I am having some problems losing wieght for the past several weeks. I tried a number of things and nothing has worked, I lowered my daily cal intake, increased cardio, less food, etc etc.
The past week or so I have been too busy to do cardio and I have been working out only. I re-calculated my BMR and I decided to go with light excersice 1-3 days a week compared to the moderate 5-6 days I was using before.
Now here is the weird part, I started to lose weight. Is it possbile that doing cardio 3 - 4 times a week could have been contributing to the fact that I was not able to lose weight?
