Okk.. this has been bugging me for quite sometime now, but I've noticed some people have well defined squarish chests, and some people have well defined circularish chests !!
I mean the lower part of the chest for some people is like a square,
and for some people it's a bit round !! So I wanted to know, does this depend on what type of chest exercise you do ??
For example in the image I've posted, you can quite clearly see Sean Faris's lower part of the chest look a bit rounded, whereas Ryan Reynold's has the squarish look in his lower part I was mentioning earlier.
Could someone please explain this to me...
I mean, are there particular exercises you do to get a squarish lower part,
and are there particular exercises you do to get a bit roundish look ??
