has there been any kind of studies that suggest smoking weed can effect you abilities when weight lifting? i smoke sometimes before i go to the gym and it help me stay focussed. i keep my lifts in full motion and slow. alot of the times when i go there and i dont smoke, my mind wonders off and i check out girls and dont really concentrate on what im doing. i dont have to stop and cough or anything when i do cardio. is there any down falls that im not noticing?
