My back (about the entire thing) is very tight of years of sitting at desks and not doing much else. Plus I worry a lot, so the tension is incredibly focused there. I am doing a lot of stretching(morning, night and even at work), but what are some really good back stretching excercises to really loosen up the muscles once and for all. 15+ years of this is getting to me. Since working out the past 2.5 mo's and doing stretches has finally helped (some), but I still have ways to go. What are the VERY BEST things to loosen up my back? Any ideas? I have read the threads and sections on stretches here and have incorporated some in my daily routines, looking for the best ones and any other ideas that will help the discomfort from this that anyone might have.
