A week ago i was working out my shoulders and i think i tweaked my left wrist and now it hurts everytime I do a move that requires my left wrist to bend outwards (which is alot of exercises). should i completely stop working out til it goes away? would be ok to just stop doing the work outs that hurt?
also what kind of injury do you guys think it is? I have never had this sort of joint pain in my wrist and never have been injured from weight lifting.
