Is this stuff really good/ok for you?
This question has been on my mind since I was out doing Parkour with buddies of mine, went to the local CVS and I was going to get a powerade to change it up. ( Have only been drinking water pretty much for over a year, nothing else. ) Then before we checked out I was looking at the nutritional facts and it said it had 17g of sugar in it. I put it back, and got a jug of water instead.
I'm just curious, since it's advertised a lot for being great for athletes and what-not. If it's not good, then I'll just continue to drink water.
