So here's my teen supplement "stack". I know I shouldn't call it that but idk another word to use lol Please critique it and tell me what you think. Overall I think it's fitted for teens and all safe! And yes I have my diet in check. Here goes.....
Scivation Whey Protein (2scoops)
Dextrose (40 grams)
Xtend (2 scoops)
Throught the day:
EFAs-Fish oil (2 pills)
Multivitamin, just regular men's multivitamin nothing fancy like animal pak.
And the most important of them all.......
Hormone Enhancers: Heavy, Compound lifts
