I'm 5'7 tall, weigh around 110 pounds and just turned 17.
I'm pretty skinny, I always sucked at arm wrestling. In workouts I tend to jump all in, i don't do a lot of sports but have am naturally athletic. Very fast, long endurance and very good hand-eye coordination (thanks to nunchucks). I also go to 1-2 judo lessons a week which takes 1-3 hours.
Anyway, my new daily routine is as following:
4 sets of 25 Sit Ups
4 sets of 25 Push Ups
4 sets of 25 Crunches
4 sets of 25 Squats
4 sets of 25 Prone drops
4 sets of 25 (That thing where you do a jumping jack and then drop to do a push up)
Now i either do that or I run for 5-10KM which usually take me around 30-47 minutes.
Now my dad always tells me all this stuff where i should eat tons of potatoes, chick peas and stuff like that. I'm ok with that. I recently looked at a fitness magazine and I am quite interested in some of these protein drinks or what ever they are called. So i searched up on MuscleTech Vapore, and Black Powder By MRI.
Black Powder By MRI seems very interesting, however i don't know if these ingredients would be suiting for my age.
Anyway, any feedback on what im doing right now?
Whats the best way to gain some weight (10-25 pounds extra) while maintaining a very muscular body. Forgive my ignorance but my goal is to get an 8 pack as my rib cage is quite high so it should reveal the 7th and 8th muscle.
i wanna say thanks ahead of time for replying :P
