I started weight loss around 8 weeks ago and I have dropped 14lbs in that time.
I am consuming around 1800 cals per day (40 protein, 40 good fats and 20 carbs).
I lift heavy 3 days a week and do low resistance cardio 3 days a week.
My question is this –
Since starting to lose weight, my belly has changed and the weight now seems to centre on the front just below the belly button. The fat also seems looser and more wobbly, almost like spaced out little lumps….is this normal?
Lastly, how do I work out my body fat percentage without calipers?
