I have had a bit of forearm pain for the last 2 or 3 weeks now and it seems like it is slowly getting worse.
I dont know the medical terms, but if you extend your arm straight out with your palms down, it feels like the bigger muscle of the forearm that is right on top, just below the elbow. It used to just cause a bit of discomfort while fully extending my arm but now it seems to hurt a bit when gripping as well. It doesnt hurt so much while I am working out, its more a few days after.
It might just be a pulled muscle and I need to take a week off to let it heal, but I figured I would see if anyone here could offer any insight first.
