I am not new to training, just getting back in to it.
Purpose just to be in better shape and to live healthier.
Tired of the yo-yo dieting, and getting short winded during minor activities.
Lost 15+ this year by getting back on a meal plan and exercising. I am not in horrible shape, just not in good shape.
Built myself a simple home gym with exercise bike, pull up/dip tower, 5 position bench and select tech dumbbells. Also have an exercise ball and plan on getting a step this week. That is about all the room will hold but it will be enough for my plans.
As far as diet, went to 6 meals a day, usually cooking meals 1 and 5 and using supplements for meals 2,3,4 and 6. Right now, I am doing slightly lower carbs and about a 500 calorie deficit. Once I drop a little more weight, I will up both.
