I posted some questions over at the beginners forum. Didn't realize we have an intro section.
I'm female, 23, 5'3 and 130 lbs. I'm looking into getting my strength up and gaining some muscle (or rather get toned since I'm female).
Currently, I'm doing this exercise regime: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...y-workout.html since space is limited for me and $$ is a huge issue.
I joined the forum because it comes with a lot of information. From inspirational articles to exercises and regimes, to a forum that I can go to for any questions. Just seemed logical to join.
