Ok so im not sure if many of you are aware of the fairly recent ideas of no fap (masturbation for you non nerds).
Essentially the idea surrounds the fact that as a species, internet pornography and the ability to see countless stunning naked women is incredibly new. And as men we are not designed to see this many hot chicks, this in turn leads to detrimental effects on our brains dopamine levels.
Theres articles stating its effects of dopamine levels leading to increased: concentration, energy, motivation, confidence, desire for social interactions as well as a reduction in social anxiety, depression and lethargy.
Ive read a lot of first hand accounts of people who have tried it and it is universally good. I thought id give it a go for 30 days (if I can manage it!). I dont have a problem with confidence, depression or social anxiety but it is always good to have more energy, desire and motivation!
Basically to do no fap you have to avoid porn and not fap! Sex is fine though. Ive already tried it once and lasted 5 days But im on day 6 now so lets see what happens. Heres some literature on it:

Im sure there will be questions regarding testosterone levels, test levels will rise up to around a week of not erm... "sending forth your seed", but will level off after that. Im not sure of any literature on longer term studies.
