Hi guys, i have a multigym bodysolid g2b just bought it on last week. Can anyone adjust a routine listing for me specifically for BEGINNERS, INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCE? My main purpose is go gain muscle as i'm lean.
Here below are the exercise that i can do it with my multigym.
Seated chest press
Seated incline chess press
One-hand cable flies
Seated Military press
Cable side raise
Cable front raise
Cable tricep extension
Cable Tricep skull crusher
This is all i can do with my multigym. Any pro please kindly give comment and routine listing for me? I will now start with your given beginning routine for 3 months then switch it.
Any specific details on how to add weight after lighting 1weeks or months?
