Running involves doing a faster pace than a leisurely jog, while sprinting is running reaching your aerobic zone.
Running/jogging is a steady paced and usually longer period and distance....
Sprinting uses FULL EFFORT... and an much shorter distances and times... and uses asically every muscle in your body to do.
In the pic in the link i posed above... this is typicallty the difference in appearance between a marathon runner and a sprinter.... sprinters are JACKED typically.... wherreas marathon runners are typically thin/non muscular.
