M&S Workouts

    First M&S workout that I tried was the 4 day Power, Muscle, Burn by Steve Shaw. I enjoyed the routine and stuck with it for quite some time. I've also tried the Big and Bold 4 day upper / lower body split. Found that I made great gains - muscle mass and increased 1RM. It was an 8 week routine so when I completed this I decided to try the 6 week High Frequency 4 day upper / lower split. I'm just over 4 weeks into this particular workout routine - also find it working well!
