    Thanks dude! When I ride by myself, I usually ride 10-15 miles. She can't ride that much, so I take it easy with her. Otherwise, she probably wouldn't ride with me! LOL!

    Hey dude! I'm down 5 lbs and my muscles look/feel noticibly larger. Not much, mind you, but I can tell there's a difference! My pants feel larger. :-)

    No. I'm kind of afraid to, just yet. I'm clueless with all this lifting lingo....with no idea what any of the supplements are, what to take or when to take it. Figured I'd try to school myself on some things before I started one.

    Training is going well. Did a lot with the Swiss ball, tonight. Its 72" its a large ball. I did 40 declining pushups with it. Dude...that was intense! I had to keep my core straight while balancing my legs on it...and perform the pushups. Did some stretch band curls, tricep pulls and flies. 40 free squats...and even tried some situps while sitting on the ball, bit started feeling a lot of pain in my back, so I quit. Resting, right now, and sipping on a post-lift protein drink.

    Its pretty late in your neck of the woods!

Mid life crisis? Possibly.... Bought a motorbike and decided to cut the fat; mainly to stop our lass laughing at my love handles but hey you've got to get motivation wherever you can!

We currently have one Jack Russell, a rescue dog from Belgium, and recently had to put my baby down... She was a 17 year old American Akita and boy do I miss her! Might have to get another!
