    heya
    for creatine i would say take 5g before and 5g after a workout.

    for protein i take mine 4 times a day.. morning,after school, after workout, before bed.
    but to save money you can do 3 times or even 2.. morning,afterworkout,bedtime or morning and afterworkout. i would suggest 3 times a day
