Hi,and Thank You for your anticipated help.I'm legality handicapped but can walk if I hold on to something.That's why I'm able to walk on a treadmill.I'm also on weight watchers for my weight,now 205 with bmi of 28.6 I was 250 lbs about one year ago. I eat good usally eggs on whole grain bread for breakfast,protein shake for snack, lunch,chicken cutlet sandwich lunch,salad & tuna for supper. I walk 45-90 minutes a day 4-6 times a week,weights4-6 x a week.2 body parts a day 4-5 sets ,drop down sets 10-8-5lbs to shock the body.If I use heavy weights I shake and go out of form and hurt myself.With this work out I'm finding it hard to lose Lbs.I had a waist of 47 now 41.34, pants waist 43 now 40.My personal trainer can see that I got smaller,my wife also. weight lifting is all on the floor so it's harder for me to fall,and bench I would not have the balance for it. I don't know if I can get big or just fit? I do flys, press,push ups on my knees, arms curls,concentrate curl,tri extention,over head ex,push ups leg lift & crunches,rows,shoulders side raise,front raise,press,forearms,wrist curls,legs,leg raise,swats, raise up on toes, I would like to get down to 6-10% body fat, I never wanted to a fat man in a wheel chair,I weight 168 around when I got married 25 years ago.I'm 5.11 when I can stand.I' 46 years old.I take no for my work outs to give me a boost.I work out 2x a day 45 minutes before work to raise my metabolism, then work, about 90 minutes after work.My rest with weight is about 90 seconds,walking I raise the speed or incline every 2 minutes.Mt high point was 2.1mph now 2.7 Can YOU HELP ME?I NEED ADVICE ON WORKING OUT TO LOSE WEIGH AND GET FIT? THANK YOU
At 12%, my most muscular would be 214lbs. Don't think it's accurate, but probably a close estimate!

Thanks. I'm not quite up with all the lingo -what does "subbed" mean. Yup, i do feel better than i did at 25 ( i mentioned that in the journal ) but unfortunately once I hit 40 my performance at the gym has slowly creeped a little downward - sort of the same thing as a pro-athlete as they get a little older they are not quite as good as the younger players. But hey - I don't give up and I go to the gym no matter what and will continue to do so forever
