I started lifting about 6 months ago and weighted 160 with little muscle and zero definition. For the past six months I have been cutting and now weight 132. I am happy with the results but still don't have the muscle mass I want. My goal was to get a six pack during the cut but that didn't happen. So I think I should bulk up to 150lbs following a good diet and weight training along with minimal cardio to keep my heart in shape.
