    I've been good man. Work has kept me soooo busy the past 6 months or so. I've been training my roommate so for the past couple months I've been just trying to maintain while I help him get started and get him to develop a routine and diet. I'm actually training for a marathon on the side, just so I have something to keep my motivated and give me goal. I did a little bit of shocking my body over xmas as well haha. Once I finish the marathon (3 weeks out) I'm going to reevaluate where I'm at and get started on a new routine and diet. Keep me posted on what your doing pics look great you've made significant progress!!

    Thanks! umm last week when I did deads my last set was 15 x 135. I'm going to max out again next week... I'm excited hopin to come close to 200

    No problem; I probably better go edit my last post in Joe's journal, otherwise confusion is going to reign

    Not been too bad, getting back in the groove of working out; had a death in the family; tomorrow I gotta go to the docs for blood results (but not expecting much from them). Training is going as well as I would hope, which is always a good thing and hopng to hit 86kg deadlift in the next 3 months (BtB's comp).
