    Whats new walker ? Figured I would check in on ya and see what was shaking ! Just an Fyi I am back from a 30 day visit to my home town...not having your regular gym is garbage lol....but I managed ok --- so how have ya been ?

    Thats awesome! Its a great routine. 5 weeks ago I started it, 5 weeks ago I just managed 3 singles at 120kg for squats, today I hit 140kg for 3 singles, so I am pretty happy. I know they are tough!

    Ahh right. I started on more less than 90% of my max, I had been running 5/3/1 so I had a good idea of where to start my singles. But so far I failed one week on OHP, hit 2 singles, the next week I hit all 5.

    I found eating a lot is important on this, and resting haha.

    Walker the Ebook and changing my form as helped LOADS>.... 405 Dead Lift' for 4 reps as of last tuesday bro ! Ahhhh .... probably still weak vs others on here...but a PB for myself !

    Good point - I would need a few more plates if I had a leg press, however, I could do one-legged presses and calves on it now. I currently have 710 lbs of iron tho. The whole gym, not including cardio equipment, cost about 3 grand, or 60 months of gym fees. So, in 5 years, it will have paid for itself.

    Thanks Walker - I appreciate the kind words. Yep, its my home gym - called the JimGym. There was one addition last Xmas - a GHR bench, that is not in that picture. I would also like a 45 degree leg press and a reverse hyperextension but I have run out of room. I guess I'll just have to live on squats
