    Ah right - well i suppose at the end of the day if you are comfortable with what you are doing and getting results carry on. I will say that there are some very good knowledgable people on here who with give you excellent advice.

    Fella - your workout looks a bit too much for a beginner - kind of all over the place. Check out my log for a decent beginners workout - it's off this site and has worked wonders for me! I'm not saying it's right for everyone but it's certainly working for me - I'm losing weight, dropping BF, gaining muscle, getting stronger and generally feeling a lot better about myself.

    I lost my weight intially by cutting out some of the "crap" i was eating. I started counting calories etc and kicked on big time with the exercise. A good diet and focus is the key my friend - as has been said to me on here before "You can't out train a bad diet!"

    Yes if your goal is to lose weight, than you must burn the calories you consume. The GOOD NEWS is that your body burns most of it through your basal metabolic rate (BMR). So by becoming more active (Lifting weights, doing cardio) you'll burn even more calories. Once you have created and maintained a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories over several days, you'll be losing weight.

    Try to get close to that number, has to do with hormonal regulation and maintaining metabolism. I think I spoke about it in your Journal. Sooner or later your body is going to catch up to you, so its better you get it right now.

    haha.. unfortunately a lot of people hate laker fans.. personally i hate some too lol.. those that i hate are the spoiled ones or the bandwagon ones T___T..
