    Well im trying my best to get back into it, always takes me awhile but dedication sets in and its murder to stop lol whats your current routine like ? diet all good ?

    I lowered the height and weight last week, I pulled 405 twice with rest pause, I got nervous and called it, i had a busy weekend and didn't want to risk a back injury. I will continue to do this until I feel comfortable. Thanks again.
