    Go to your profile page then look on the top left and there will be a thing that says "User CP". Click that and on the left you should be able to see all the stuff you want. Hope this helps!

    HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Cardio. A parachute is basically, a parachute that you strap on to yourself and you sprint. The parachute resists the movement and it makes it more difficult to run. If you need any other help on high school football, I'd highly reccomend talking to the M&S user COACH. Hes a high school coach so hes the best source of info.

    For football you want to get on a good power/mass program (in my opinion).

    I would try the football workout on this site (fullbody not split) as this has given me great strength and power gains. its an INTENSE workout. I would start this.

    Dietwise, eat EVERYTHING you see, i dont care if its a poptart you know just eat it (stick to reasonable dietary guidelines ) try a zig zag approach, which is when you eat your daily calorie maintanence on off days, and eat 500 cals above it on workout days.

    I would throw in some HIIT cardio maybe 2 days a week to get your speed up. you can also buy a parachute resistance runner that you can find at a nearby sports store like dicks, sports authority, etc.

    To keep your body in-sync for football, PRACTICE YOUR POSITION, whether its blocking, tackling, catching, or if your the qb, PRACTICE (this is the most important thing here!!!)

    every few days do some gunner runs, which are when you ran 100 yards a few times with rest in between, but chop your legs really fast (REALLY FAST). these are GREAT for football!!!!


    anyway, thats about all i can think of at the moment, another thing you should do is go to your highschool and tlak to the coach about expectations and such. this helped me prepare for my freshman year. anyway, hope this helps.
