I'm not training as hard as I like but it's do to my work schedule. I'm still trying to keep my business together.

No particular goals yet, maybe except getting big and strong enough to get hired as a bouncer somewhere, lol. I guess my long term goal is to squat 445lbs this year, at a body weight of 165. If I keep training the way I have been and start to diet I think its possible.
