    Yeah we went over the dextrose thing on MSN .

    I've been looking everywhere online (i guess not in the right places) for the density of maltodextrin
    (g/cm3) and just can't find it.

    Maltodextrin question.. I bought 4 pounds of the stuff for about 8 bucks..

    heres the question..

    Is it the same density as dextrose? Or whey protein? Or what.. I use my 60CC scoop and I am not sure if that is 60 grams or more or less. Peace.

    drop fat 1st then go with muscle building.... if you shred at a lighter weight the gains are better... when you go for size alone-----its just tedious and most try to double up which is next to impossible

    No worries mate, thanks for the help.

    My training is ok, although I am now at a bit of a loose end. I've just finished a 6 week beginners routine and have seen improvements in my strength, although as fat loss is the most important thing to me I'm thinking of just concentrating on that and not go to the gym.

    It would kinda hurt to do that considering the amount of effort and research I've put into muscle building and all the protein shakes I've taken etc. but I'm at university, coming up to an important time in my studies and I'm feeling tired throughout the day.

    Others also say that I can't lose fat and build muscle at the same time. I want to fight this theory, but I'm just not sure anymore.

    What do you reckon?
