    hey davie boy, wedding went great-not done a thing in gym since a week before wedding then went on all inclusive holiday to mexico lol. Put on about 6 lb and it defo not muscle lol. Im back to work tomorrow so am getting diet plan ready with new routine.

    I got interested in freediving, where they use no oxygen tanks and rely solely on their lungs. I figure it's also good for my asthma too...the doctor agrees with the latter. However, whether I will ever get to actually freedive is another matter, but I intend to continue dry land training, apnea walks etc the moment I hold breath, walk across the living room, open the door, go upstairs, walk to the furthest point in the opposite direction, then reverse the route and go back downstairs to the living room wondow, and then take a dynamic apnea is also going well. However teh problem is they believe I have Meniere's Syndrome which means I can get vertigo (room/world spinning) at any time and anywhere, underwater would not be good, so like I say that may be out of the question for safety reasons...but they do have static apnea contests, which are in water where you just lay there holding your breath, so that's an option although with the condition they could refuse my entry etc. However, I'm enjoying the training, so I'll just continue and see what the future holds.

    Ahh! dont sweat it brother, but let me tell ya, last night..HEAVANLY!! started off getting thai food with two aussies(rapot building), then after that was out of control with a thai & philo. So much for toning it down Hahaha!
