    As for my dextrose, I have played about with the variables - I find that by taking 2.5 scoops dextrose and 1.5 scoops protein (so 36g protein, 60g dextrose) doesn't bloat me and is roughly near enough to the 2:1 ratio for the PWO shake!

    Its not a daily requirement of 200-300g a day its more of a once of spurlge once every 2 weeks or so when i visit home take around 60g 4 times aweek in the form of dextrose.

    Think ill up the cardio and simply just stay clear rather than try to cheat. cheers for the articals will give them a read!

    Just done some reading on the Polyols and intrestingly they are alot better than sucrose, they dont get digested as much in the intentines so have a lot less of an effect on blood sugar levels, im going to cut sugary snacks out alltogether, i didnt used to have the taste for them but as soon as i had some i got into bad habits again. Pretty peed off got to get the willpower back again.
