  1. It's going ok. I have been doing lot sof overtime the past couple of weeks and it's startingv to take it's toll on me. Hopefully next week I go back to normal schedule and I start working with the sand bag and I have 2 weeks of vacation so my training should be good. But I have noticed evenmore bodyfat drop on me. So when I take my new pictures a should look in better shape.

  3. LOL I did not think about it I just wound up here. I am 42 . I want to compete in the crosfit games either in the open or at the masters when I am of age limit. But I don't follow crossfit format.

  7. Well I have to play it smart as I don't want to rally hurt my shoulder and be out for a long time. Once my shoulder is 100 percent my strength will go up double. And my upper body will respond some more.

    dude for me i go hard on all of my workouts it doesnt matter if im doing a full blown killer workout or a few measly pushups i still go as hard and strong as i can and with that im at a single digit bmi just for some advice if you dont push yourself you dont get stronger but i tell that to everyone by habit and i may be talking to a wall but trust me man its for the best if you think you are at your max rep weight go 5 or ten pounds heavier and trust me you can do it thats how you improve
  9. Well I am hitting my upper body harder in the next to month's in the picture that I have up I was limited to very little upper body work so I want to see if my upper body responds a little and I can look better at the same weight.
