    Weekend was good...too short though lol! Yea I fancied doingn GVT then jumping onto 5-3-1 in that order but I decided to give it a miss & probably will go to Wendlers straight post holidays! Make some last minute pre summer gains...then go of a min cut is the plan

    Adding to your PB's on a CUT is the holy grail of lean lifting! Glad to hear you've sussed that one out bud still running 5X5 or you doing something else?

    Flying going rather 'swimmingly' (flood pun intended as lately I've been cruising past many water logged towns & stranded farmers on the weekends ) & I even spotted Noah's ark making its pass down in Gloucester lol. Shyte weather for it to be honesty thats is WHY I'm F**King off to Florida for abit mate, Going to finish up the rest of my hour building out there, so yea I can't wait to do one ASAP!

    I'm still cutting got a lil holiday to Florida lined up back end of no progression (for 5 reps) on the heavy lifting for me yet... still loitering around the ~KG130-135 range on the squat :-(

    Fair play mate if you not going to log consistently, once in a while just drop an update on your log when you have conquered mammoth PB's & reached particular milestones.

    I'm glad 5X5 piled on some size for ya! Its a perfect winter program...Yes the downside to it is/was noticeable amount of FAT accrual but surely the muscle gains were well worth it I'm due to start cutting next week, will look to be super strict with the DIET & keep lifting using 5X5 (possibly drop volume to 3X5 as the CUT gets dire) for as long as possible, so long as the CUT is yielding good results. I've got a sweet trip to Florida planned for September, so I need me that beach body look ASAP

    P.S: Just might jump onto a hypertrophy program down the line (been reading up on the MAX-OT program some really good reviews seen for this) & like you revisit 5X5 or 5-3-1 October/November onwards.

    Likewise mate 1 Squat rack at Carrefour & yes the gym is full of half squatters & rooster syndrome prone indviduals. Hope I see some inspirational lifters at the old school style heavy lifting gym. I'm gonna miss the birds though when I shift....You'll have to let me know how the 'researching' is going I want full 'details' on the 'subjects', as I will be confined to a very high testosterone surrounded environment where I'm going. SO no chance of interesting research there but plenty of iron shifting guaranteed

    p.s: on a side note kinda miss footy, its been ages plus FIFA 13 got me wanting to go 5 aside again!
