  2. In usual fashion I'm late haha. I'm still training my roomie trying to get him in shape, but he is really struggling with the idea of changing (or even having) a diet or any sort. I'm making progress, but definitely getting a little stuck. Its nice being on a cutting routine with him, its keeping me focused, but I'm kind of at a point where I don't know what else I can do to get the last 2% off me. I'm at just below 8% right now, but I would love to get to 6%. Would you be willing to give me some pointers? I know the last 2% is hard, but there is something I'm missing and can't figure out what I need to change. How have you been? Anything new?

    Okay 1) is jogging at 6mph really LIT for you?!? (220-Age)X.65 = LIT HEart Rate. 2) I've never been a big fan of High Rep training (15+ reps per set). If you've had success with it before, that's fine, go at it, but I think you'd have better success in using a Metabolic Resistance Training routine (Google) or click here: http://www.personaltrainerscincinnat...g-for-fat.html.

    Shoulder sucks. It's not torn or damaged, but still severely inflammed. Even after 3 weeks of PT and me stopping the caffeine and bronkaid stack. So I guess the Doc will order up a cortisone shot and then I'll have to control myself with a steady return to upper body training rather than do too much too soon. Take care of your shoulders now, young pup, so you don't have to go through this when you are 40!! LOL ATB - Dave

    Hey Bro I'm doing well. Just got done with a "bulk" phase. I just don't like the extra BF around my lower abs so now I'm going to do a cut. I'm around 200 now. Keep up the good work, honestly inspiring!

    ahh, I've got cousins in Grand Rapids, but that's as far north in Michigan as I have been.

    I don't know of a specific routine that will train those lagging body parts I mentioned. But I'm sure you could construct one with your knowledge and experience.

    I can help you refine it too.
