    Hello Doug,

    Your program is working pretty good. I've gained some muscle mass and force, even if it's just a bit when doing some exercise. I also tried to eat more to get the "fuel" to build mass but it seems I've manged to get some belly too. I mean I lost 8kg of my total weight since I first started in August last year, mostly body fat, but now I'm at the same point as before, 86 kg. Of course not all that is fat but also mass I gained over the months but I feel that the belly is somehow a response to my eating level. Or am I wrong? As for supplements I'm only taking vitamins and glutamine, only to help recover muscle faster and bust up my energy batteries.
    I don't take any whey protein or any other kind, just some protein bars from time to time when I'm forced to skip lunch. I'm not looking to get "big", just to gain mass with a good form and intense training following your routine. Could you please help me out with an input on this belly issue? I might say something stupid but I know one is able to turn fat to muscle, especially when it comes to the stomach area so isn't there a way to use this fat? I said I eat more meaning I try not to skip my meals, as I sometimes do, due to working program. I don't really have something you'd call a diet plan. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Doug - think i've asked you a question about the Super Toning Training Prog but on the wrong place - oops sorry.
    Can i ask two questions please?
    1. my daughter and i are starting this tomorrow (monday) and i can get to the gym mon/wed/fri but my daughter can only get to the gym on mon/thurs/fri because of college. can she do the weights on these days or is it a bad idea to do consecutive days? if a bad idea have you any ideas what she can do?
    2. we are going to do the cardio at home because neither of us can get to the gym on the remaining days but don't have a static cycle. we wondered if we could do routine number 5 on
    i know we almost undoubtedly won't be able to do all 4 minutes straight off (well....maybe my daughter!!) but it could be "doable" for us because my daughter loves punching stuff (she used to do kickboxing) and it would give my knees a rest as they do tend to complain if i exercise 5+ times a week.
    any thoughts?
