  1. Hi guys, hope your training is goin good and being successful, I ve just upped my routine from a 3 to a 4 day split, loving it at moment. Still struggling to maintain weight as I'm workin my ass off so I'm shedding my cals as quickly as they are goin down, but that's all the joys of being an ectomorph lol, going to magaluf in 5 weeks time so want to be in good shape for then :-). Well keep up the good work and keep lifting

    haha I know what you mean about news years coming up, I was thinking the same thing! I really want to ditch the drinking thing because it effects muscle building so much but damn is it fun with the ladies out on the town lol. I dunno what to do about it haha, maybe just drink less, improve a little, thats how life is, you can't beat yourself up for not being perfect but you can still strive for it in your own way and do the very best you can.

    3 day split sounds nice mate, plenty of time to rest and build. Are you thinking of trying bulk or anything this winter? I want to save up and buy animal stak and animal test and put them together and see how it goes, I'm starting to become a natural test junkie haha jk but seriously i've been lifting for a while now and its nice to have something you can look forward to.

    I'm working to get more yoked out on my traps, upper back, delts, etc. I love the look and have never fully attained it. Kind of like bane off batman haha, tom hardy is one yoked mother fuc*** haha. I also want my hams to be a lot more developed and calves, abs as well, damn pretty much everything huh? haha. Well ironclad keep me posted with any good news or issues that come up, I would love to hear it.

    whad up ironlad! Man life has changed a lot for me recently and I moved to another state for school, I am still lifting though and exploring gyms around here. Hmm...I am still about the same weight but I feel I might be a tad more filled out, can't really tell. I committed to get more focused as life is settling out some. I am taking LG sciences formadrol extreme stacked with d-pol from purus labs and I think it's cutting me out and keeping my muscles full so I'll see where I'm at when I finish the product. I am looking to get my cardio back in shape and start sprinting again, I also think this is going to help my gains. Whats your routine looking like these days? Any new discoveries or progress?     Hell yea for next summer, i feel ya on that, i just got some natural test boosters sent to me to log from lg sciences, when i start the log ill let you know. Do you drink or anything on the side? I think i party too much
  8. have nt been on here in a while, still training, took a hol there for a couple of weeks, laid off the training completely, lost a bit of weight but did the body a world of good :-) back at it now full on, cant wait to see my shape by next summer
