    Hey man I really liked your routine and therefore I want to learn more about it before I commit to it. My overall goal is to stay athletic and be quick on my feet. I am coming off from a bulk and I want to get rid of the body fat I have put on, but I don't like doing the low intensity cardio work out and I much prefer your routine because it seems much more intense. My only concern is would you routine incur a large amount of muscle loss because it seems very intense. And would you mind to share your experience so far with this routine? Thanks a lot!
