    ya man i just usually do close grip bench, dip machine, rope pull downs thats pretty much it haha plus maybe a extra iso excerise for a lil extra pump

    Id say bb bench rest/pause style, DB press. Also i say about 75% of my big bench is due to my tris being pretty dam strong haha. Also hit your tris hard and same with shoulders.

    Dont use any.. To me they are a waste of money. Also i dont powerlift so no need.
