    Can anyone tell me if this is a good routine

    Monday ( chest,arms,abs)
    1. Decline press machine 3x12
    2. Bench press 2x12
    3. Chest fly machine 3x10
    4. Triceps push downs 4x12
    5. Triceps dip...
