    instead of doing it 3-4 times a day, try 3-4 sets...

    instead of doing it 3-4 times a day, try 3-4 sets with 4 reps a workout, spacing it out is not going to put as much stress on your muscle,doing one rep will get you no were wiether its 20 times a...
