I am cutting and bulking at the same time and it is working ok so far.
I am aiming to get my body fat percentage down and loose weight while building muscles mainly abdominal.
So why would i take 60-70g of Dextrose after i just burned these carbs from my body.
This seem stupid to me, please explain in more detail.

First, you can't be cutting and bulking at the same time.. UNLESS you are a complete beginner you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.I am cutting and bulking at the same time and it is working ok so far.

The dextrose is used to create an insulin spike so the nutrients get to your muscles faster.

First of all the post is amazing. It's a really good summary and you can tell that you really put a lot of effor into it. That being said you asked for some things to add? I thought that it would be a very nice addition to put some motivation tips, like some examples of what people do to get themselves motivated (putting a picture of who you want to look like on the fridge, a picture of what you looked like when you started working out, going with a partner, etc...)
You could add the link to the exercises tab to your form section. Also on the steroid section it kind of sounds like your saying that it's ok to take steroids if your an athelete or bodybuilder. I know this isn't what you were trying to say but it could be interpreted as that and I really doubt you approve of anyone taking steroids.
Well can't really think of anything else that could be added, hope you thought any of it was useful in any way. Also I've got one question :P
I started working out pretty recently (3 months) but now I'm starting to take my diet very seriously and am using the game over volume 4 diet (the one from team scivation). And in the diet they say to take a protein shake with your PWO meal. But would it be even better to take glutamine or dextrose or any other kind of supplement? I mean does it really make that big of a difference if you already have your diet sorted out and your taking whey protein after your workout? (srry the protein powder they recommend already has glutamine but the one I can get I'm not sure if it does)
Oh I'm on a cutting diet by the way and I just basically want to know that if there is any other supplement besides whey protein that is really important or that could have a HUGE impact. I'm pretty poor at the moment which is why if it's not going to make a big difference it's not worth my money.

Hi thanks for the suggestions. I WOULD add more, but I didn't realise that there was a 10,000 character limit, so I can't actually add more to the post, without deleting other things. Your right about the steroid thing, I didn't mean for it to come across it being ok for bodybuilders and athletes to take, but yeah your right it does sound like I'm saying that, I'll change it.
As for your question, I don't know what that diet is, but assuming it's a good one, you should just follow the diet as it says........the most important thing is the diet, if you have that nailed down then you don't really NEED supplements. I'd still recommend a whey protein shake though, if it already has Glutamine in it then great, but I wouldn't buy Glutamine alone to add to it, coz no, it won't make a significant difference.

]Back and biceps on the same day is fine. Train the bigger muscle first on that day then the smaller muscle after this way you get a extra little burn to the smaller muscle from all the other compound exercises done by the bigger muscle group.
