    Hi,

How many reps should I be doing if I want to build a bit of muscle and tone up? I am 5'5" and weigh 130lbs. I dont want to get big, just to tone up my upper body and build a biuld a bit of muscle

    Thanks.

I would say stick to higher reps like between 12-20, depending on the exercise you're doing.
