Default a month and a half...

I don't really have some before pictures. Just some from about three weeks ago and the day before yesterday, but I'll be sure to keep posting.

I just started around a month and a half ago and, quite surprisingly, enjoy doing this. I'm basically tired of being so damn skinny so I started lifting and eating way more than usual, which is quite a challenge with dorm food.

The darker pictures are from May 20th, and the ones in the yellow room are from June 27th. I know you can't exactly see stupendous improvement, but I can tell something is going on so I'm pretty motivated (especially from way at the start).

So yeah, let me know what you think I should work on (besides everything ) and hopefully this time around my internet won't go nuts and decide it won't post this thread like last time.

Everybody loves stuffed sea turtles! I'll be sure to keep posting pics where you can actually tell the difference. Unfortunately I won't be able to do much these two next weeks because I'm off to Germany in about 20 minutes, it was probably break time anyway though.

Stay tuned for updates and thanks for commenting!

You've definitely made some progress. Looks like the arms could use some attention, but torso is looking good.

    Enjoy your time in Germany.

    Thanks Dave!
I finally got some Internet here and can visit M&G. I don't have a gym to go to here now so all I can do are push-ups and an home ab routine I found on this site. I never thought missing exercise was something that would ever happen to me but I'm quite happy it is.
I agree my arms are a bit flimsy so I'll be sure to give them extra attention. I think what I really need is a better routine so I'm going to go ahead and try Doug's split out, since it seems to be so popular... that and going to the supermarket to fill up my sister's fridge here. The first days it was totally empty and I was so hungry! I could feel myself getting skinnier by the moment! Good thing I had enough money to go eat out somewhere.

You could use a good bulk. Don't be afraid to eat like crazy to gain an extra 20 - 30 pounds.

It's been a while, but DONE. I weighed myself at the beginning of winter term (152) and now I'm 173. Here are my newest photos, from about last month. It really sucks, but I've been slacking quite a bit at going to the gym, with all my finals coming up. Good news is, I'll have plenty of time for the months of May, June and July. So yeah, tell me what you think and thanks for the advice!

I agree, still looking pretty lean. You could bulk for about 15-20lbs.

OK, I guess I'll just have to keep going at it. Thanks for the advice and encouragement! But yeah, my goal was to gain 22lbs by the end of the year and I did! So now it's just on to the next 15-20! Yay food.... and shakes.... and lifting of course.

A month and a half is enough to see minor changes. Add some patience to your routine and give it 3 years. You will reap the benefits. Keep eating and bulking bro! You're doing GREAT!
