    Default Question on "Doug's 5 day high definition routine"

    Hi,

    I have recently been following Doug's 5 DayHigh Definition Routine on this site.

    Just a quick query. I find myself unable to perform all the abs work prescribed for te end of each session. I am just dead after only about a third of it. Is this OK? Is the aim just to exhuast abs in whatever way possible and to overtrain to avoid size? Or is there some special value in managing to somehow do all those sets and reps?

    Also, is it recommended to switch from this routine to another different cutting routine after any particular period of time?

    How many calories are you on per day and what is the protein/carb/fat ratio that you are using...
