    Default when do you Weigh yourself?

    When do you weigh yourself? before breakfast? while the stomach is empty?
    During the day? before bed?

    Whenever you do make sure its the same time every time and bear in mind that your body can naturally fluctuate 2kgs either way. I weigh myself once a week. In the morning, after I drop the kids off at the pool and before I hit the stairs.

    yeah i keep every time the same, before breakfast, empty stomach.
    yeah, i fluctuate 1-2kg during the day due to food, water etc.

    The best time to weigh yourself is immediately upon waking after going to the bathroom before eating any food/drink.
