    Default Dominant side growing faster

    Hi all,

It seems my dominant side (I'm left handed) is growing faster than my non dominant side. So my arms, pecs, etc. are a little bigger on my left side than my right. I am lifting the same weight with both so I'm not sure why this is happening. I've even tried over compensating (making my right side do more of the work) and still it seems my dominant side grows faster. Any pointers on what I may be doing wrong?

Your not doing anything wrong. Thats typical, especially when starting off. Dont overcompensate......... just keep doing what you do. It will catch up and even out...

this happens to alot of people so yr not alone especailly us people who are begginers. . don't do extra work on yr weak side though or they will not end up even. . the difference is seldom much so no one will reli notice but you . .so just carry on and it'll become more even.

I saw "dominant" and got a little excited- thread wasn't what I thought it was about.
