    Hanging bent leg raise - 8, 6, 6
    Lever pushup - 8 [per arm] - feeling a niggle in my right shoulder, probably due to a lot of heavy pull ups this week, so stopped early.

    Cycle ride - 75 miles in 8 hours (6.5 hours cycle time) on a single speed, fixed gear bike! Relished the challenge, some bits were pretty tough!

    Uneven pushups - 14, 14, 10 [used a metronome set at 60 BPM, 2 seconds down, 1 second pause at bottom then 2 seconds up, no pause at top - what a difference, so much tougher!!!]
