Is there such a thing? Can i just increase by caloric intake by like 200-300 with a bulking work out routine?

You may possibly add muscle that way, but it wont be "optimal" muscle, in my mind... but, everyone is different!

I would go for a full on bulk but I just dont want to end up buying a whole new wardrobe and finding that my BF has gone up 5-10%.

Its just a slight amount of body fat man... but I understand what your saying. If you bulk correctly, with proper nutrition, you should put on a "load" of fat (some is going to happen, but nothing you cant cut). And when the time comes to stop bulking and cut, you'll be glad to do something different anyway....

I normally bulk till I'm about 15% and then cut till I'm 7-8% so that could be a guide

Do you like the way you look?? if you do just maintain current weight and continue to work out hard. If not, do what needs to be done to accomplish the look you want..

Also, the BMR calc gave me about 2300-2500 calories needed depending on whether i exercise 3-5 times a week.

But my question is does the calories listed take account of the exercises i do?

Lets say if im bulking i need to eat 2800-3000 calories. However, on days i work out, do i have to make up the calories i worked off with food or just stick with the 2800/3000.

I have a 10% flux... bulk to 19 to 20%, cut to 9 to 10%... that give me more time to ADD the muscle in there. I dont mind cutting, so that may play a part in it... I prefer to run/cardio and not having to consume so many calories is easier on me (I have a tough time eating enough!). So its really up to you, and how YOUR body and habits are.

I find gaining and losing weight easy, mainly via cardio which I ramp up when cutting by a lot.

I float between 15% and 20% at the top point of my bulk and cut to around 7-9%. It depends on how I feel when I get to each stage both looks wise and with my training.
